This product is very well made. This is probably one of the best shoe racks I've ever bought. I used it in two sections because of the height. I knew a full ten shelves would be too tall for me, but I wanted more than 5 tiers. It was very easy to remove the top two tiers and use them on the other side of our closet to keep my husband's shoes separate from mine. :) The fabric is very strong and tight on the poles so there was a lot less slack than I thought. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars was because we have an extra middle stripe and a short stripe. So we couldn't collect any level. Luckily my husband was resourceful and was able to shorten the extra center pole to fit. Edit to add helpful build tips. If you have a rubber mallet, use it to get the sticks into the joints as best you can 👌
