The best thing about this system has been their customer service. They have been very attentive both in terms of solving issues and keeping me informed regarding any updates or new releases they are working towards implementing. In addition, they seem committed to making it easy for us to use and navigate through. I think one of our biggest challenges using this software has been finding qualified people who understand how to utilize all functions within the platform. This issue seems to be common amongst most businesses when first embarking upon something like this. However, if you do find those individuals who are knowledgeable, WRO makes things much easier! We currently manage many aspects of our office including tracking incoming waste streams and managing internal disposal processes. At present we are not actively looking at additional modules, so it's hard for me to say what benefits there would be for someone thinking more broadly than just trash/recycling management solutions.
