Another reviewer mentioned that there were fixes for the Bronte Fichu template but when I went to the pages mentioned in the review you either had to log in or I couldn't get the fixes page Find. Current patch location of the template: jeanmoss.com/Sweet_Shawlettes_errata.html I just ordered the book and just wanted to make the website available for others, so I'm giving the book four stars for now. Update 2014: Came back to review Sweet Shawlettes again and once again I'm impressed with the beautiful, innovative design. However, I'm the only one who believes that a pattern based on a specific knitting style, specifically "feather and fans" for an arabesque shawl, should include instructions for this stitch? I had to look it up online and found comments about Feather and Fan being confused with Old Shale. (See source below) One of 18 stitches, the other 12 stitches. As a beginner/intermediate who hasn't memorized the intricacies of the hundreds of knitting patterns available, I personally think F&F should be detailed. If I could downgrade my four stars to 2.5 I would. The shawl pattern has 4 pages in the book - why not provide full pattern instructions? To see the difference between F&F and Old Shale see Northernlace.wordpress. com/2010/03/12/feather-and-fan-versus-old-shale/ posted by Elisabeth Lovick who is in no way responsible for this review of Jean Moss' book. But I am grateful for your helpful contribution. that Feather and Fan are confused with Old Shale. (See source below) One of 18 stitches, the other 12 stitches.
