Perfect for our Ingenuity tote bags. I have twins so I was looking for two packages. They help a little with the padding of the tote bag cushion. Only four stars for the softness because they are not very soft and we cover them with sheets anyway. They are also not waterproof. One of my sons burped (a normal amount for a newborn) and soaked himself to the mattress. I don't really care but if you are looking for something completely waterproof then this isn't the product for you. Otherwise it meets my requirements. Affordable small pillow and 2 pack. The photos show the product and the point where it passes through the baby's saliva.
