The packaging is nice and easy, as is the assembly. .Size comparison: Aeron has three sizes: A - tiny, B - regular and C - up to 250 pounds. I'm 6,305 and in over 20 years I've never had a bad day at work in my Aeron chair. The Ergo Home Chair comes in one size and weighs 275 lbs.
