Not as thick as I expected but still a good thermal underwear. It definitely keeps me warmer than without. It's not as thick as I expected, but it still works. Some people complain that the shirt is too tight. that's ridiculous. The material is very stretchy and fits snugly to the body, yes. I'm an average man of average height and the "large" size fits perfectly, no problem. I don't feel restricted in any way. Those who complain must be very sensitive indeed.
