everything is fine with the pan, only the food sticks to it like crazy
no matter how much oil i use, the chicken just sticks to it. The weight is ok, it's a nice pan and it's easy to handle. but too sticky for me. I have to pour hot water into it and leave it on the stove for a few hours after boiling, and then I still have to grate it.
