First of all I like the design and the concept. The light comes on and there are magnets to close it. Internal clips hold the bin liners in place, two on each side, essentially one for each corner, holding the bin liner open and closing the device to close the liner. However, there are many disadvantages. stay closed. It could be too heavy debris (my fault) or just weak magnets. There may also be a tissue box in the holder. Disadvantage 2: tissue box does not fit. The actual holder is too big, and while there are adjustable Velcro straps, they're still too big. There are also no side walls holding the tissue box in place, so turning on a stop sign could cause the tissue box to slip out of the bracket. Tissue boxes are also heavy enough to keep the trash area open and the magnets are too weak to keep it closed. Cons 3: The clips that hold the bin/bag/thing are quite short and won't fit some cars. It's more of a warning, but the bag often forced its way up as the clips slowly began to disengage from the back seat. This could be corrected if they were either longer or had a wider fit. Overall, I plan to return the money for this product. It's sad because it's very cute and innovative, but the quality is very poor.
