Review on 🔬 Thermco GW2540 Specific Hydrometer Division: Accurate Measurements for Precise Liquid Analysis by Christian Poojary

I used this hydrometer to measure very heavy sugar water and then alcohol where I needed a high SG range of 1.000 to 1.220 to calculate strength. Works perfectly! The areometer is 11 inches long with a dial length of 5 1/2 inches. The scale division has a very easy to read resolution of 0.002 over the entire range! The numbers on the scale are also large enough to be easy to read. What's really nice is the fact that this hydrometer has been calibrated to equipment traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). This means that this hydrometer is very accurate! I know this because I used to work at a calibration center that does this type of work and it's expensive. The best powerful and accurate hydrometer I have ever seen, highly recommend!
