Review on DataDrill by Ghostnote Azevedo

They claim to be able to monitor your entire organization 24/7 and notify you of any issues before they impact your business. However, this does not seem to be the case. I have tried their monitoring software on 2 occasions. On both occasions I received notifications that my computers were not responding to the network, but no information was provided as to why this might be. After contacting support they stated that this issue would resolve itself within 1-2 hours, and upon resuming normal operation the problem should disappear. That never happened. In fact, both times I contacted support I was told that there was nothing wrong with my computer or the server. They also claim that they can detect and prevent viruses from affecting your company. Unfortunately, I have yet to see evidence of this claim. When I asked for specific examples, they could not provide me with any. Instead they gave me the run around and said that they would have to investigate the issue first before providing any information. I did not wait and called back to report the results of their investigation. Again, they claimed everything was fine and that they could not find anything wrong with my computer or the server.
