Perfect fit for my medium sized dog
I have a 3 year old Cavapoo - about 18 pounds, probably about 22 inches long. He fits perfectly in this seat whether he wants to sit and look out the window or curl up and lie down. If he were a bit bigger he wouldn't be able to curl up, so keep that in mind if you have a slightly larger dog! The strap that connects to his collar keeps him on the chair very well. Sometimes I tie him to the harness instead so he has a little more room to put his head to the window. Straps on the headrest and backrest secure it securely. I'm glad I have it! He's a lot safer in the back seat than on my lap or in the passenger seat.
