I'm not sure how they classified it as human hair because it's far from it. Maybe if they add some human threads they can make that claim, but the record was very misleading. The color is almost dark brown, but with strong reddish tones. I ordered two separate ponies from two different suppliers but ended up with the same part number on both with slightly different packaging pictures. Very very dissatisfied with it and will never try to buy hair online.
