I like that when we need an application built quickly it's easy enough to do so with Ongoing framework but also gives us time where necessary in order to plan out our apps more specifically than just 'build this app'. We have been able use Ongoing framework at all stages of development from planning through implementation which has benefitted me by being allowed flexibility throughout my job role as well using others' expertise without needing direct training each new project! Some aspects are difficult such as writing code within HTML/CSS is not intuitively obvious even after doing some reading around documentation (although there definitely exist tutorials), however once you know how things work then they become easier to understand. It requires understanding what needs building though rather than simply providing templates - sometimes people don't appreciate having someone else write their software unless given free reign over everything and therefore get frustrated if provided only limited instructions to them regarding exactly what functionality should go into certain parts of your website.
