Block update issue fixed by vendor.

The device worked normally on the first run. It looks like a high quality device and accessories in a nice storage box. After testing the unit I went online to register it with Autel and found that both the Maxi-Link II software and the 539B's internal software and DTCs had been updated. I updated the PC software, then updated the wearable's internal software and error code list. As a result, the device quickly broke. When I press OK for the OBD menu or the setup menu I just get a list of two digit letters/numbers that looks something like this: ff 00 00 01 00 09 and so on with different ending digits. I followed the instructions and rebooted the device into update mode, re-downloaded the software zip files (just in case something got corrupted during the first download) and ran the update again. Without change. At that point I contacted Autel NA customer service. After exchanging several emails and explaining the problem in detail, they were unable to offer a solution. In the end they stopped responding to me. I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement unit. The seller responded quickly and asked what the problem was with the device. I copied and pasted the Autel emails. The vendor responded with specific instructions on where to click "OK" and which files to select. The problem is solved. Now the device works perfectly. 5 stars for the Motorzone supplier, 3 stars for Autel NA's customer service, 4 stars for the device itself.
