Over the last year I have tested several different teeth whitening pastes from different companies including the ones you have to buy through FB pyramid sellers. I returned to Revain to find a more respected ADA based brand. Sensodyne True White Fluoride Toothpaste has become my favorite whitening toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I've noticed that my teeth are less sensitive and my gums are healthier and don't bleed. I brush twice a day for 3 minutes and it also works as a bleach which is as good as the most expensive products I could find. It really meant brushing my teeth and leaving them on my teeth for a full 3 minutes each time I brushed. I would definitely recommend and will be back. I have no complaints or comments about Sensodyne True White, I think I won't be changing my toothpaste for many years. OH! It also removed plaque, which was unexpected since my dentist usually scrapes them off during routine check-ups. Perfect!
