
My daughter with severe autism has struggled with wearing pants for the past several years. I bought her regular boys boxers (with elastic waist, open and light). Unfortunately, they're too revealing to wear as shorts because they're not designed for that, so I had to look for something more solid and tighter, but not limiting. For our purposes they are almost perfect. No tag, leg narrow enough to not stand out, no open width, not too tight or short (like almost all girls), soft and subtle colors in different packaging. Cons: Expensive, wash cold and hang dry to avoid shrinkage, colors fade relatively quickly despite special care
