Exactly what the turkey doctor ordered.

Haven't had a chance to use them yet but they look exactly what I need. I struggle with so many cuts of meat, poultry, and other foods that could be used with butcher twine. I finally have some and plan on using them tomorrow when I smoke pork shoulder on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. You really need this, because often you have to cut a piece of fat out of the middle, causing the roast beef to fall apart.
