Bought this pan primarily for frying pizza but am keen to experiment with some other recipes. Fits very well in my PowerXL, I put it on a small metal stand to allow airflow to circulate. I love that this pan has holes because the crust seems to provide the perfect amount of heat circulation in the fryer. The pizza in the photo turned out perfect, like every other pizza I've made since. I don't use a spray and the crust still doesn't stick to the pan. Highly recommended, would buy again!
