Customer service is great. They are sending us a replacement because we agree that we may have accidentally received a smaller size or an error in the case manufacturing process. Whatever it was, customer service was great and was quick to text us to show us they care. We are very thankful. I'm changing my rating and giving 5 stars because they have great customer service and it's a good case; comfortable and helpful while using it. The case was well packaged and we received the original in no time. We look forward to the replacement. The first assessment was that our first case lost shape and density very quickly.
