Review on Xpress Suite Telecom by Aaron Lewis

Everything works as advertised with nothing I would like added and no problems of any kind so far! Nothing really!! The ease at which you access it for billing allows my sales team get more calls/sales through our website than they did prior using other methods (paper & invoicing).

Our previous supplier was hard core paper people who only wanted us via email or phone call when we needed something done about an invoice etc - not very customer friendly but hey thats there problem right? We are going back up stream now though where everything will be dealt with properly by experienced staff. I love how simple it makes paying my bill very quick! The interface isn't as intuitive for someone new at using an online portal but with some practice you will be fine after only about 2 hours of training (if not less). It's so much easier than paper billing!! We were able use our phone numbers instead which was great since we didn’t have any landline phones anymore - just cellphones/work mobile devices etc..
