Unfortunately when I first received my order it contained a faulty microphone. BUT I contacted the manufacturer and after proving the defective microphone I was able to get a replacement. They responded quickly and professionally with a cheerful attitude. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The microphone is generally of decent quality, although a pop screen is required. Its advantage over other microphones is quick access to tone and reverberation. Thank you Richard
