I have the most ambiguous skin. When I use acne products it gets rid of my eczema. When I use eczema products, they get rid of my acne. I used it on my face as a mask the first day I got it. I had some itching around my eyes (but my eyes are always busy) but my face felt great and I had no issues, eczema or acne. would recommend.
