Too much time to set up without help
Customer asked if this laptop had a backlight, he answered yes. Well it does, but it expires after a few seconds. I pointed this out to the seller and he just sent a link to HP. Refers to the BIOS to change the backlight from a few seconds to all the time. I still can't open the bios. No help from seller should have used Best Buy
