I am giving this flash drive from this series four stars for its reliability because it is my second one from this series. The first one (64GB) lasted exactly one year until it cheerfully gave up the ghost, but fortunately, I was able to bring it back to life by formatting it at a low-level. However, I can no longer put crucial information on this flash drive because I no longer trust it. The flight of the second and third similar flash drives that I purchased (one for myself and one for my father) has been normal and there have been no faults found in the operation of the drive over the past two years. My work requires that I utilize my flash drive on a daily basis, and I do so rather frequently (a multi-boot image is loaded onto the flash drive, and I copy a number of working files onto it virtually every day). In addition to that, I can occasionally record kinchiks on it so that I may watch them on TV. Satisfied. Four points for the quality of the assembly; the body is sturdy and dependable, but I have the impression that the tank will shift while the flash drive remains intact. Due to the fact that it is not protected, the opening will become clogged with spools of thread, bits of paper, and other debris if it is carried in a backpack. You will frequently need to use a toothpick to clear out the opening. Since scratches from the USB input appear after almost 1-2 uses, this flash drive is not recommended for people who place a high value on aesthetics. After a couple of weeks, the appearance of the flash drive will have changed in an irreversible manner. It is in your best interest to make the investment; your cash will not be wasted.
