Edit: I figured out how to message the company (you’d think I’m new here 🤣) and they were beyond eager and FAST to rectify this problem. GREAT customer service. I dealt with Barbara Johnson, Customer Service Manager directly, and she was amazing. Thank you Barbara! ♥️The scents are amazing. AMAZING. But with both bottles purchased (one through my acct, the other through my husbands) after 2 days, the pumps stopped working (it’s important to note that my bottles have two different nozzles, and they both don’t work.). While the bergamot/patchouli one sometimes works, when it does it leaks and leaves large drops rather than a fine mist). I couldn’t figure out how to contact the company, and through the return process, I could only send my bottles back to get a whole new one. I don’t want this option because then these bottles would be thrown away by the seller as they could no longer be used, and that’s too much of a waste! I’d love to be able for them to send me replacement nozzles instead which would be better for the environment and products (why produce extra waste?), but also more cost effective for the company.
