Overall - I would give 4.5 for the minor imperfections in this set. It's easy to install. I don't know how best to describe it. Price-performance ratio. Almost every reverse osmosis system is economical. This system pays for itself in a few months. This is my second sentence. After 3 years of use, the first one started making noise due to airgap fauset clogging. There is an opportunity to purchase a new AirGap for around $50-$60. Decided to take the whole set. There are several reasons I wanted to do this: 1) Replace AirGap. 2) Replace tank. (Just get a new clean one) 3) It's time to replace the reverse osmosis membrane. (from 2 to 5 years). The reverse osmosis membrane is the most expensive filter in this set. 4) We use it so often and it works so well that I figured there was no point in saving a few bucks on such an important item. Installed the second set. Works great. Some observations: We bought the first set from Cosco. At that time, Pure Blue H2O was a start-up - it was not possible to order filters for our city online (due to the imperfection of their website). Nothing was found on Amazon for this system. Everything has changed since then. All articles are available online. The design of some system components has been slightly changed.
