Without a conditioner, this shampoo fails
It does seem to create a fuller look, but without a conditioner to match, I ended up struggling to comb out my hair. For me, not much value in plumping my hair in general while yanking out too many individual hairs each wash. I don't like the frustration either.There might be a conditioner to match this, but I don't see it mentioned on this product page.Fragrance is very mellow, gentle, non-intrusive.
