The worst online shopping experience!

I spent a long time cleaning the styrofoam waste in the box and found that there are too many things missing! The metal frame was unpackaged, and the wires inside were messy. I received a second-hand lamp. The part screw is incomplete and I did not receive a stick. It's too ridiculous! Waste time! Turn my favorite lighting into rubbish!
