I am not affiliated with this company or any of its competitors. After reading the reviews I had high expectations for this product. This is NOT a bad product. The "fingers" at the ends of the temples should be slightly longer to make it easier to hook onto the phone with a case. I have an iPhone XS Max with a light Otter case and my phone FITS in this holder. The hands themselves are difficult to manage unless you open them with two hands while placing the phone. I found I had to play around with the angled "fingers" and manually tighten the grip once the phone was held securely. Once the phone has been deployed, the phone appears to be fairly reliable. The arms themselves are made of metal, the other parts of the mount are made of plastic. Overall, the mount feels a little flimsy, but offers enough support to cruise with the vibes of a V-twin cruiser, even at highway speeds.
