Acceptable, but there are a few things to note. The set includes card style Happy Birthday pennants, but you will need to thread them yourself. The thread provided is a wrap thread/air thread. If you order the quick grab and decorate option, take the time to assemble the banner. While balloons are very cute, they don't hold helium well. The night before my daughter's birthday, we filled 4 out of 5 balloons with helium around 10pm. When we went down the next morning, 2 balloons fell. By noon all four were down. I cut them off the balloon bouquets and filled the last balloon around 3pm on the day of the party. The ball fell at 10 p.m. So if you want to decorate ahead of time, don't stuff those balloons full. Wait for the party to get closer. Overall I would recommend this product especially if you are looking for a blue and gold combo. Just remember everything I've shared. :)
