Installation is difficult but possible. I boiled them for 10-15 minutes, then in the microwave for 2 minutes, then (wearing gloves) I started fighting them. Helped out by my son, I found that with some woodworking toggles it was actually easier than I expected. The tires are a bit stiffer and a bit noisier, but I would expect the noise to decrease as the tread wears. The color is great too.
