The ease to manage my projects in one place. I can easily see which project is assigned to me as well as who has worked on it before. It's very easy for customers or colleagues to comment about changes they'd like made without having to email them individually. Sometimes when you are working remotely from home there is no way to know if someone else opened your file while you were away so sometimes files get lost but this isn't always an issue since we have version control set up properly. Project management using Microsoft Excel was once again replaced by something more efficient! This software makes managing our work easier than ever! We used excel previously but now everything happens automatically through the system itself. There aren’t many problems currently being experienced however any issues found will be resolved immediately upon notification.
