The yellow ink cartridge in the box was leaking and cracked at the bottom of the cartridge.

I recently received a new yellow ink cartridge from Do It Wiser to replace a previously delivered cartridge that was defective. I spoke to a rep and they quickly sent out a new yellow cartridge and it works great! A good company to work with, they solve problems quickly and free of charge. Ricoh works great now. Many Thanks.
