The best thing about 2600hz is that it provides great integration with all of my devices. I can easily have calls go through my office phone system or my cell phone. I also love the ability to make conference calls with ease. I dislike that some of the features are not as intuitive as they could be. It took me a long time to figure out how to make a conference call through another extension. Make sure you learn the ins and outs of this product before purchasing it. You will get the most value out of it after learning how to use it. Calls are easy to setup and manage. It helps keep track of calls in the correct order.
