This phone armband has some little extras that make it one of the best I've seen. I don't like them for working out or running - personally I find it uncomfortable to have the phone on my arm - but my son who is a runner loves them. So personal preference. As for straps for phones, this one is good and the touchscreen works effortlessly through the plastic screen protector. There is a protective film that needs to be removed before use. Face recognition to open the phone may or may not be random, but face recognition for apps worked every time. The case fits my iPhone Xr easily, even with the port on the back. The fold over the pocket has strong velcro, the phone is very reliable. At the top behind the phone there is an additional pocket for ID or money. This is a soft rubber material, so the back of the phone is as protected from moisture as the front. There is a very small zipped pocket on the top, which can be used to store a key or folded money. The wrist strap comes with an extension. The band is soft, flexible and has a strong clasp. They can be used not only for running on the arm. Ideal for stroller, backpack, for camping/outdoor sports activities.
