Cuisinart isn't what it used to be, now it seems they just sell junk that dies before the batteries need to be recharged, yes that's right 20 minutes use from 1 charge, and it stopped working before it needs charging. This is not the only item from this company that is overpriced and rubbish, long story short, I will NEVER buy a cooking item again and highly recommend everyone not to make the same mistake, finally check out the other reviews that say the same thing about this product short lived. What's the point of a 3 year warranty if you have to pay to ship an item and then they charge an additional $10 for shipping and handling? In short, a $50 item requires $90 to return. USA PLUS an extra $10 for them in their pocket, what is this scam? and what a crappy guarantee for a crappy product seems to go without saying. Do yourself a favor and don't buy Cuisinart again, the quality isn't what it used to be. So now 3 of their overpriced products have died in less than a year and their customer service doesn't even honor international orders which is unacceptable on all levels. The convection oven is dead, the hand blender is dead, the pepper mill is dead, shame on you cooks for selling this junk.
