Review on 🪑 Brown Swivel Barstool Set - Christopher Knight Home Ogden KD (2 Piece) by Kyle Collins

I ordered a set of these. First we assembled and everything was fine, no problems. Then, when we removed the second seat, we found that the main support plate under the seat had cracked in half. Contacted the manufacturer, Revain orders do not help. In other words, there's no option to swap out the seat (and I didn't feel like taking apart a decent stool). Chatted with Revane who refunded me half the cost which is fair. Note: This was one of two boards that bolted to the pivot at the bottom of the seat. It couldn't be that it was so damaged in transit. it had to be broken during manufacture. Disappointing. So the only "decent" stool is exactly what you need. decent, not great. It's not as big as it looks and the foam seat is pretty solid. Also, we all noticed a slight forward lean, a lean that was accentuated by the slippery skin. If you think this is about the comfort of a club chair in the Oak Bar, it isn't. Although it looks nice. Three stars for my only good stool. Zero stars for Christopher Knight's home. Five stars to Revain for solving an issue that was not their fault.
