We had an issue when we were working in our store about 3 weeks ago so I called customer support they helped me out immediately! They fixed my problem within minutes and even sent somebody over right away just to help us get it back up again - amazing service!! No problems at all really. Just make sure you know how to use their software before using it otherwise you will not be able to do what your looking for or understand where everything needs to go if its confusing because there’s too much information going around. Make this program work as hard as possible without wasting time figuring things out yourself like other programs which can often cause issues.
