Well I was really enjoying it until suddenly it stopped working. I have emailed the seller in the last 2 weeks and have not received a response. I asked Revain customer support for help and they just redirect me back to the seller page only to have the seller chatbot redirect me back to Revain. WHY is it so difficult? The 18 month guarantee is great, but what's the point if I can't reach anyone? I hope a negative review will FINALLY get the seller's attention so they can replace my device. Maybe then I can really say something positive.
