According to my first assessment, no thermal labels are supplied with this printer. But once the roll is loaded, the print works fine. Prints quickly and cleanly. If I have any concerns about the quality, it would be that the contrast is a bit low. However, it was a wise investment. The process of paying and printing a label through eBay is almost invisible. It's a bit cumbersome due to UPS and USPS. These services require a few more steps, which is not unexpected but tedious. And while eBay and UPS work fine, USPS is somehow preventing me from printing labels - for over a week! (Even after four calls to customer service and six employees, including three technical troubleshooting experts, there's still no resolution.) Of course, that's not the printer's fault, but it's obviously a glitch in the USPS system that could stall you . quickly. This is useful to know. Also, while the software is functional, it's not as easy to set up as you might be used to these days, but it's not difficult. Ultimately it works. Overall I am happy with this thermal printer and would buy it again.
