Overall this is a great purchase especially when they have a sale. However, the design needs improvement.1. If you can slide the ARM out vertically so I can mount it behind the screen, that would free up some desk space. This allows me to hide most of the lamp and only see the base at the bottom and the light head itself at the top of the monitor.2. The power and settings buttons are located at the very front of the base. This is aesthetically inconvenient for me as I have to rest the phone on the back of the base, making it difficult to raise and lower. Not very practical, especially if you don't have much desk space, which is why I bought this sleek design. Not to mention, since they're touch-sensitive, every time I pick up my phone from the back of the base, I always press a button in the settings that changes the lighting function I want. So annoying. I have a working VPN desk phone next to a working monitor. I always have to push something to the side to wireless charge my phone because with big/long phones (Galaxy S20) you have to turn it sideways to hit the phones. Q I am charging the sweet spot correctly. Even if you have a QI-enabled phone and your favorite spot allows you to place your phone front-to-back instead of side-to-side, now cover all the buttons on the base, including the light-off button. Unfortunately, it's still more convenient to plug the cable into my phone to charge it. You need to move those touch settings to the flashlight ARM or to the flashlight itself and leave the entire charging dock exclusively. Or place them on the back as I don't change the lighting settings after installation.3. The side USB port is welcome. This is also directly related to small desktops. If you do all of that, I'll happily buy another one for just $1 more for all these new features. I just made you a million dollars. Please.
