It's a piece of junk. Don't buy this.

I have had this phone for less than a year. My mom chose it because it said it was an "older" phone and she was retired. Right out of the box it felt very light in our hands. As if there was nothing in it. It worked, but it was pretty obvious that it was very cheaply made. In my mother's room. She doesn't use it. It's more of a fallback in case of power outage etc. She told me for a while that the buttons were broken and today when I went to try them out the buttons were unusable. They didn't get through. This phone still looks like new and has had very little use. Complete garbage. Don't be fooled by the words they use to convince you to buy. It's complete garbage and that's where it's going right now because it's too late to bring it back.

Pros
  • β˜… DON'T ADJUST TO OLDER LANDLINES THAT WILL NOT GET WHAT YOUR LOVE NEEDS, WITH UNRELIABLE FEATURES AND TOO HARD TO SEE. Our home phone has the special features that seniors and the visually impaired need, including an EXTREMELY LARGE NUMBER keypad and BACKLIGHT for better visibility day and night. Our corded phone also has an additional RINGER ALERT so users can SEE CLEARLY when a call is coming.
Cons
  • Socket required
