This item is a godsend. Today I used it on my daily walk. This item has just the right volume and sound quality. I could hear what was going on around me while enjoying my playlist. With normal headphones, the noise canceler blocks all sound and I don't hear people approaching me etc. I had the idea to find a solution that would allow me to enjoy listening while being aware of my surroundings. These in-ear headphones with a sleepband are the solution. The device synced with my iPhone without any problems. I'm new to using the controls on the unit so I used my phone to adjust the volume etc. The headphones stayed in my ears, no fuss. I'm looking forward to using it more for sleeping, but I'm already seeing that I can use this device for housework, cooking, and gardening. I haven't found comfortable earbuds that stay in my ears while I'm active. That's all! I don't know where or how far this item could be from my phone, but I went to another room and it wouldn't turn off. Headband material is EXCELLENT. I have curly hair and it didn't get caught in my hair. I was a little skeptical about purchasing this item but so glad I made the purchase. You will not regret it. I was paid for an honest review.
