This belt didn't last more than 1 year. If you want a braided belt to look the same, make sure it has fewer and larger strands of leather. I didn't look closely when ordering. If you look closely you will see that each "strand" in the image of this product is actually made up of several thin layers of leather. The buckle catches them and snaps easily leaving you with a worn out belt. I had a similar belt with thicker threads that lasted 12 years. This lasted 8 months. Beware.
