Very useful item for ankle brace

This is very good. I got 2 of these to freeze my legs between items in a dance performance and they were really helpful. They keep the cold inside for a long time and since they can be wrapped around the entire foot, they provide instant relief. And they can be worn while dressing up and putting on makeup, which is very helpful!

Pros

♻ Reusable. Filled with nylon gel, the ankle ice pack is microwavable and stays flexible even during prolonged freezing. For best results: apply the gel to the foot (steps 1-2-3). Support the foot at least 15 cm off the ground and begin treatment.
