. Klipsch X11 IEM, and although the sound quality is better than "TaoTronics 65ft Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver " I .

Update #2: After switching to the new Klipsch x11 kit, all the issues I was having are now resolved, including the battery life. I've just been listening to the ES100 for over 4 hours straight and the battery life is quoted as 73%. Update: After sending countless emails back and forth between Radsones, I was able to fix both the connection squeaks and the audio clipping issue. It turned out that the IEMs I was using had a bad/faulty 3.5mm jack. The Klipsch X10/11 are notorious for poor build quality and fall apart within a relatively short period of time. I keep a few extra pairs on hand to swap out if needed, got a new one and now the sound quality is much better. I'm still unsure about the battery life. Radsone has great customer service and I appreciate the time they took to resolve these issues. Thanks again!----------------------------------------- ----- -------- II I use an IEM Klipsch X11 and although the sound quality is better than the "TaoTronics 65ft Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver" I use, some songs have static audio clipping in highs or lows, which is annoying to my ears doesn't hurt, but it makes breakdives. I listen to the premium version of Pandora and set it to maximum sound quality. I don't have this problem with TaoTronics devices. I updated the device to firmware version 1.1.7 (March 20, 2018) and didn't notice any major changes, if any. I only get 4 hours of battery life compared to the 7-8 hours I had before. I can't hear any music while the device is charging or I hear a screeching noise which is very annoying. I've tried turning HD Jitter setting on and off, 1x and 2x stream modes, tried every DAC filter/oversampling rate and played with my DCT slider. and everything seems a bit useless. I only used the 3.5mm output so I can't say if the issues I'm having carry over to the 2.5mm port. Device while charging is that it turns the device on and syncs with my phone when I plug it in to start charging causing me to lose audio/notifications. You need to turn off the device manually after plugging it in.
