Mixed Feelings, Trash Manual

The velcro strap barely closes on my head and I never thought my head was big. It still works for me. The ball set is interesting but with no clear progressive level and no explanation in the guide what they are for. Kind of DIY - not even an explanation of how to properly attach the strings to the hooks and a fairly vague explanation of how long the string should be - which is very important. I found that the ball should be at the level of the navel + 3-5 cm. The black ball is definitely the easiest, but it's quite fast. Very thin string - not sure how long it will last. Blue and orange are heavy, so for serious people. Not my level yet. Orange is pretty tough - either for strong fists or thick gloves. The red "beast" is light, but the fastest. It gives me great pleasure to master it. The manual also mentions some kind of "Avenger" bullet, but I have no idea which one. In general, the guides are very short, but still seem very fragmented, as if they were written by many different people. And these 4 balls aren't even mentioned, their names (perhaps to indicate the level of difficulty) are only given on the packaging. If this was my first set I would have struggled with it, both for the difficulty and the fuzzy instructions. I would like more informative and understandable instructions. Even if you're not a professional, safety goggles are a must. Getting a direct hit in an open eye with even the lightest of these balls is an uncomfortable feeling, and you'll get it very soon.
