No customer support

It took me about 2 hours to give up. I followed the steps in the guide but to no avail. The main problem was a password error when trying to connect 3 different devices. I tried resetting it but it didn't work. I tried contacting support and just got an email with instructions. I gave up and got Netgear, which worked.
