Review on ๐ŸŒธ Stylish Floral Print Baggallini Oakland Crossbody Women's Handbags & Wallets - Must-Have Crossbody Bags by Bryan Kishore

Neat large wallet/small bag - replacement for my old Plaza Mini

Over the past few years I've used one of two Baggallini Plaza Mini bags as a wallet. As much as I love them, I got a little tired of them and wanted something different (so sad they seem to have discontinued the Plaza Mini - bring it back in more colors and maybe a little more and a slightly updated style!). The Oakland is a different but not a bad replacement, although there's one downside that was almost the deciding factor for me: Pros: The Oakland is square on top (rather than narrower like the City Mini), so it definitely can without taking up too much space fit more. It's slightly shorter than the Plaza Mini, but about 3/4 inch taller, and while it's only slightly wider at the bottom, it's a lot wider at the top because it doesn't taper like the Plaza Mini, hence the size difference. the ability to put some larger things in the bag. As long as you don't overdo things from your wallet, lip balm, checks or whatever, you can put your phone (in a case) in a pocket as long as it's not one of those XL. I really like that I can easily slip my phone (an iPhone 8 in the thinner Otterbox case) into one of the pockets. I have a large set of keys, but I could probably put these in another bag in a pinch and still zip it up. - Still has a detachable strap and card slots, which I strongly prefer - Slightly dressier, but still washable (if you're not concerned about possibly messing up the RFID, which I've researched really doesn't) or stain wash - I got it with a floral pattern which was good after 5 years of plain Pla za Minis - I'm neutral to the idea of making this a bum bag (threading the strap through the back loops) and probably won't often, if at all, but some may be content with the occasion. Cons: - No inner pockets with zips! It's just ridiculous to be honest. Do you really think that, especially in a bag that can hold more, people would want their cash and loose change at the bottom of the bag or in the (very small, not very easy to access) outside zippered pockets? What if you have extra membership cards (of which there seem to be a million today), gift cards, etc that you need to carry - again, if you're trying to be sort of organized, why would you? those cards are scattered across one of the main compartments? A very stupid design flaw. In fact, Baggallini simply cheapened the interior. I had to put two separate zippered pockets in the bag for membership cards and cash. It was almost a deal breaker and almost forced me to return the bag, although I ended up keeping it because I liked the look and some of the benefits mentioned above and couldn't find other better options. - As mentioned above, the appearance of the pockets is very small and difficult to reach. It's fine if you just put some receipts or a receipt for clothes etc in there, but honestly they're not particularly useful, which is disappointing. They need to be wider and less tight/stiff to get things in and out.
