I read all the reviews and was looking for a concealed shirt to wear with my Smith&Wesson 9mm MPShield. This one is perfect. I am 5ft 3in and weigh 135lbs. I usually buy medium sized shirts so the last shirt I bought was medium because they said it was 80% true to size. buy small I tried to use this product. My pistol was reliable and almost too tight to remove easily, but I imagine it will loosen up as I wear it more often. I preferred this material and liked the metal hook instead of the usual velcro to secure the gun. Haven't tried it under other shirts but will follow for some pics and updates on fit and trim. I wish the gun pouch was at a slight angle for easier extraction rather than the vertical pouch making the barrel fully vertical. The last shirt I had was the same and most I checked have the same vertical angle. Size, choose a smaller size, you will not regret.
